For Authorised users of the IntegraLynx purpose-built application Resolve is a data processor on behalf of the Licensee. Resolve is not responsible for the privacy practices of the Licensee which may differ from those set forth in this policy.

Reitigh Software Ltd (“Resolve”) respects your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice (“Notice”) will inform you as to how we look after your personal data, tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Resolve creates solutions for companies to assist with automation of processing. Resolve has developed IntegraLynx using the latest technologies, and is primed to automate complex administration processes.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES RESOLVE COLLECT AND HOW?

Depending upon your use of our application and website, we may collect and hold the following data:

(i) Information you provide to us

You may provide us with personal information when you visit our website which offers various ways to contact us through  email or phone to inquire about our services. We may also collect Personal Information from you in person when you attend any of our events or trade shows, if you visit our offices or via a phone call with one of our sales representatives. You may choose to provide additional information when you communicate with us or otherwise interact with us, and we may keep copies of any such communications for our records.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data), nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
